One of the worst service experiences I have ever had from any delivery place. I love mennas. And eat at their other locations but I had a recent situation with this location that demotivated me to ever eat at this mennas again. At 2:00a I ordered food. Estimated delivery time was 2:45a. I had instructions for the driver to come to the back entrance door and provided my phone number. At 2:45a no one was at my apt. Which I graciously waited another 15 before calling and checking on my order. The person who answered the phone told me that I didn't answer my phone and that the driver came back with the food. They said they would come back with my food. I made that call at 3a. The place is 3 miles away. I didn't get my food until 3:30a, the food was cold and the driver did not even follow the instructions of meeting at the back and made me come out to his car window to get my 45 min late food.

Heard a lot about this place before locating in Grand Rapids and the food was as good as everyone made it out to be! Recommended it to all my friends and family.

They deliver pretty late. I think our order arrived at around 1245 am. I had the Blazer Dub which was great....spicy and loaded with chicken, jalapenos, mild peppers, sour cream and BBQ sauce. It's worth a try. Their wraps are pretty big FYI. The Menna's loaded fries weren't what I expected. Redskin, almost homefries, fried and covered in bacon and cheddar, and then shipped in a styrofoam tub to our lobby for about $3.25 for a small order. Check this place out if you're looking for late night post-bar grub brought to you straight away. They're totally inexpensive for what you get when you're in need of something to tide you over until breakfast.

I recently got a job downtown and drive past this place everyday and thought I'd give it shot. My first impression was that it was a bit run down inside. It wasn't dirty, but the fake brick paneling, the older tables and booths just seemed unkempt. While the food didn't take forever, for as few customers were in there, it seemed to take a bit longer than it should have. The burrito was "meh". It wasn't horrible, but it had a lot of liquid in it and it was leaking everywhere. The tortilla shell was a bit dry too. Maybe I'll go back...maybe I'll have to wait till I'm drunk downtown...then it might taste better.

It was pretty gross, I don't recommend it. Delivery was fast though.

After hearing rave reviews about the Ann Arbor location, I have been intent on visiting their new Grand Rapids location. Menna's "Dubs" (burritos) are supposed to be the greatest late-night food known to a college student, but I also know that most food is pretty darn good at 2am when you're 19. So I decided to put Menna's Dubs to the ultimate test to see if they are good during the daytime hours for someone over 30. The menu is extensive! Anything can be a "dub" here; they even have a French toast one! The Fajita dub kept calling my name so I went with that. It came out with Chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, and sour cream. My wrap was about 6-8 inches long and the tortilla was pressed on the grill to hold it all together. I really liked mine and my husband and daughter all appreciated theirs. We were surprised to see that the fries came out as little nibblets instead of cut fries, but they were seasoned so well, that we grabbed a fork and dug in, fighting for the last ones. The restaurants' dining area has a frat guy feel with framed movie and music posters on the wall and funny beer-related signs throughout. They had just opened when we stopped in, and a few of the tables looked like they had not been wiped down from the night before. Otherwise, the place was tidy and clean. My visit proved to me that Menna's can successfully transition from a late night spot to a pleasant, casual lunch destination for the daytime crowd! I'll be back!

Slowest service ever, especially on a Saturday night. My dub was awful, as well. Grand Rapids should get a Conrad's like East Lansing.

I really love Menna's! I have been to the Lansing & Ann Arbor stores and their quality is the same throughout. Being a true fan, I visited the Menna's in Grand Rapids right when it opened (and was just in there Halloween after HOI) and I got my food quick & it tasted amazing. I really love what they are doing and very happy they have open a spot in Grand Rapids! I also love their online ordering, I try to use online ordering anywhere I go because it saves so much time waiting in line & dealing with people on the phone. Great stuff! Keep up the work Menna's.

Food = 5! Got the Chick'n Philly and it was fantastic. Love the way the wraps are grilled. Also, website says they will deliver downtown -- finally! Another option to Jimmy Johns! Hoping they can keep the delivery time to a minimum! Only thing that made this a 4-star visit was how cold it was inside.

Wtf happened to this place? I've ordered from Menna's several times and while it wasn't the quality of food you could get....well...pretty much anywhere else... it was consistent and they deliver late. It tasted good at the time. Now I can't even get them to fufill an order. Last time I ordered they didn't have a delivery driver, which they told me about a half hour after I ordered. This time, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on a Saturday, and waited almost an hour and a half before calling the restaurant. My call was answered with "We had to close early," followed by being hung up on. This was an hour and a half after I placed my online order, with no notification from the store that it wouldn't be coming. I'm pretty sure if I hadn't called I would still be waiting for a sign from Jebus. If you have to close early on a Saturday night, you probably don't belong in this industry.

Menna's Joint is a place that was near and dear to my heart while I was attending Michigan State, so I was overjoyed when I found out that they would be opening a location in downtown GR. I love the food here. You can get a "Dub" (read: Wrap Sandwich) with any number of different toppings inside. My go-to in college was a CT Dub with Ranch Dressing (a basic Chicken Tenders, veggie, and cheese) and a Buffalo Dub (same as above, but with buffalo wing sauce). Both are as legit here as they are at either of the locations in East Lansing, and the decor hearkens back to those establishments as well. My ONLY beef is with the parking. There are very few places to park your car for free downtown, so it's not a "quick stop and grab" kind of place. It's an awesome place to go if you are already downtown for some other function and need some hot dub action, but if you're like me and live in Kentwood, it's a little less palatable to have to pay at least $5 to park your car for $12 worth of food.

Came here on a Saturday morning. I think the staff was more concerned about listening to Mars Volta than making my dub. They lost my order and after more than 45 minutes I decided to leave

I'll preface by saying I've never written a Yelp review and I'll give some respect to the workers because they primarily serve drunk college students. That being said, this is slowest and most lackluster customer service mennas I've ever had the misfortune to set foot inside. During an un-peak time my wait for my dub was upwards of 45 minutes in the Sahara level temperature of the restaurant. Throughout my time, there were dozens of people served in line before me. It was only when the group of misfits not privileged enough to receive their orders complained to the "manager" that the workers then begin making their food. At this time I still do not fully understand the back country system they use from order receive to order deliver. I love mennas food and support their creative menu items. But overall, skip this Joint.

They are incredibly slow. They'll apologize for the wait, but won't do anything to compensate for it. Not exactly a family-friendly "joint" either as they play un-edited music dropping the F-bomb every other word. The food is decent, however.

The food is total shit. Don't waste your money.
